Sweet Treats Valentine Class 2012

This shortbread recipe is delicious!! I am not a fan of cherries but this was tasty. Not too cherry flavored! The dough makes such a cute cookie I had to make them. I saw this as a Christmas cookie and wanted to press it with a heart for our sweet treat class. They turned out darling! Here is a link to the recipe

We also made a chalk board heart shaped serving tray! Order chalkboard vinyl here! The heart tray was from a local store.

I love pinwheels!! Ever since I was a little girl pinwheels captivate me. We placed a pinwheel on top of a 1x8 cellophane bag with a piece of licorice inside. Order your treat bags here! The HOT item many people ordered were the polk a dot brads!! Order your brads today!

Gotta love the new framelit die! We cut this darling label with the Bigshot and wrapped it around some jumbo smarties. This treat is for those smarties that send us soring!! A new friend of mine just made a book like this for her husband suing a deck of 52 playing cards. It was a clever idea to come up with 52 reasons why I love you... It inspired me to make a simpler book. For our class we used  the tags die and the big shot to cut out our book... We made our book to say "A dozen reasons why I love you."  Order your Bigshot and dies here! A Bigshot would make a great Valentine gift!!

Last of all, we again used the Bigshot to cut out a box using a window sheet. we filled it with candy hearts and labeled it with an XOllent Valentine label! Jewlery- Simply Adorned Class

 

Oh what fun we had at this class! I am sorry if you missed it. Each person ordered their charms and chains before the class so they could go home with a completed piece of beautiful jewelry! The best part was each lady made 3 inserts for her charms... So in reality, everyone went home with at least 3 different necklaces.

You can still order the charms and chains and design your own inserts!

Some ladies came to make these for a gift and ended up keeping them for themselves... ( I know because they added their own initial! Your secret is safe with me I won't tell the person(s) you were going to give it too...)

Tags galore class samples

Check out the darling Christmas tags we made in our Tags Galore Class ... The best part of the class was, everyone went home with the stamp set and punch so they could keep making Christmas tags.
